Preferred browser is Firefox (www.firefox.com) or Google Chrome (www.google.com/chrome). System still works on other browsers such as Internet Explorer, Safari, etc…
General
Error:
Getting the error "This webpage has a redirect loop" when trying to login, use different browser or try back in 15 min.
Business Percentages Volumes & Costs
IP Transactions:
If you need a lower IP transaction Rate, add an additional Processor with the Transaction Fee at your IP Rate
Auto-Calculation:
Auto-Calculation is used by clicking "Calculate"
Auto-Caclulated numbers show as italicized. Manually Entered numbers show as standard text.
Manually Entered numbers will not be replaced by Auto-Calculation
To change a Manually Entered number back to Auto-Calculated, highlight and delete the number, then click "Calculate"
iPad/Smart Phone Users:
When clicking into a field, the field will then assume the number present or entered is Manually Entered. To change back to Auto-Calculated, highlight and delete the
number, then click "Calculate"
PC/Mac Users:
In order to change a field that has been Auto-Calculated you must double-click in the field. This is to prevent accidental changes. To change back to Auto-Calculated,
highlight and delete the number, then click "Calculate"
Discover:
After activating the Discover Tab, in order to populate the appropriate categories you must click "Calculate", otherwise you will have to manually add the categories by clicking "Add New".
If categories do not populate:
This is due to the fact that there is not enough volume to allocate to the Discover categories based on the averages of volumes and transactions entered, so you would need to manually
add the categories and volumes of your choice. If you started your bid by filling out the "Totals" section, by clicking "Calculate" after manually entering volumes the system will pull volume
from the Total volume so the manually added Discover volume does not exceed the Total volume.
American Express (AMEX):
After activating the AMEX Tab, in order to populate the appropriate categories you must click "Calculate", otherwise you will have to manually add the categories by clicking "Add New".
If you started your bid by filling out the "Totals" section, by clicking "Calculate" after manually entering volumes the system will pull volume from the Total volume so the manually
added Discover volume does not exceed the Total volume, otherwise if you do not click "Calculate" it will add the volume to Unallocated as your volume will have exceeded the Total Volume.
PIN Debit
PIN Debit Network fees are treated like a pass-through, so it will not be on the input our output. However, to do a PIN Debit bid, you would add the input of the current PIN Debit additional transaction fee on the Current Business Percentages Volumes & Costs page, and what you want to charge on the New Business Percentages Volumes & Costs page.
